We understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:
– Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date, minus any booking fees
– Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled by Amplify Carlisle
– If an event is cancelled, full refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method – If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid. Refunds are available upon request
